Well, this is just lovely. According to a senior Russian lawmaker, the sanctions proposed by the UN against Iran won't affect a transaction in which Tehran will receive S-300 surface-to-air missiles. Apparently, the whole transaction was conducted before the sanctions were proposed.

Well good for Russia.

The Russian went on to label his country as a "responsible seller."

I've got a news flash for you, Boris. If you sell weapons to anyone in the Middle East, you're hardly a "resonsible seller."

Hopefully, Russia won't up and decide to sell any of their nukes to Iran.
